Have you tried handbag.com. It's a great site I refer to all the time, you can even sign up to them for free and they send you tips on the different thing that appeal to you, like make-up, hair %26amp; fashion. If you go on to this site they explain how to achieve things like smokey eyes, stay put foundation and application techniques, how to put eye liner on and loads loads more, i love it. theres also 2 videos that show you how to apply make up, just work your way around the site and it will be of so much help to you. www.handbag.com FANTASTIC good luuck
i dk google 'makeup artist classes'. as far as getting eyecolor to stand out, do a base of foundation. this will make it all stick and stay better. then apply a base of the lightest color of shadow you're gonna use. then, use the next to lightest color and apply it from the crease to the eyelash-line. use the next to darkest color just in the crease. use the darkest color and apply it with a fine tip brush as a liner. hope this helps! :)
