I really wish I could suggest how to re-create this, but I'm afraid I'm not quite good enough to yet.
BUT I am a member of MUA (makeupalley.com) and many artists/professionals are also members. I HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest and encourage you to get an account on there and go to the tab labeled ';boards';. Ask them on the makeup one and they can help you out, alot!
