Question for Pro makeup artists - dark circle problem.?

The dark circles are not really circles, as you probably know. They are just dark patches. Mine are not very bad but I'd like to put a stop to them - at least hide them a little bit.

I've seen quick glimpses of the models on America's Next Top Model getting makeup applied to the under the eye area with what looks like a small dense sponge. Of course, their faces look flawless in the pictures with no dark spots below the eyes. What kind of consealer is best for under the eyes and how do I apply like they do on TV with the dense sponge?Question for Pro makeup artists - dark circle problem.?
i'm not a pro but have seen this done before. use a pink corrective pencil under the foundation then foundation over top. apply with a sponge like they do on tv. don't use your fingers because that can damage the skin of your eyes. use a foundation brush or the sponge. take off the access on the sponge and blend in the pencil with your foundation. try watching tlc's ';what not to wear'; there are some really great make up tips on that show and some of the people they deal with are not flawless.Question for Pro makeup artists - dark circle problem.?
